Refund Policy

We want Pro to be worth it. If it isn’t, you can get your money back.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@removeai.online from the email address used at checkout, or include your license key.
2. Mention your plan and, if you like, what didn’t work for you — it helps us improve.
3. We confirm by email and issue the refund through Stripe, usually within 3 business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

What’s covered

• First purchase of Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime — full refund within 14 days.
• Yearly renewals — full refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and you haven’t used Pro heavily since.
• Accidental duplicate purchases — always refunded.
• Technical problems we can’t fix — if Pro doesn’t work as described and we can’t resolve it, we’ll refund you even after 14 days.

What isn’t covered

• Monthly renewals after the first month — cancel anytime to stop future charges; the current month stays active.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except for technical problems described above.
• Results on third-party platforms, such as a platform still showing an “AI info” label — removal of labels is not guaranteed (see our Terms), but you are still covered within the 14-day window.
• Accounts involved in abuse, shared license keys or fraud.

After a refund

The license key for the refunded purchase is deactivated and the extension and editor return to the free plan. Your images are never affected — they always stay on your device.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel anytime from “Manage your subscription” in the pricing section. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and you won’t be charged again.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
